Local Anglers

Lake Conroe is the host of many fishing tournaments from weekly working man tournaments to the very organized and the well sponsored televised tournaments. There are many local anglers with the skill to weigh in 20+ pounds of fish on a regular basis. These anglers could be compared to the big names in the Bass Master tour as far as ability to find and catch big bass, but they don't have the big sponsors so few have herd of them. Come out to a tournament and support all their efforts. Most would be surprised to see the size and quantity of fish Lake Conroe produces. These anglers prove week after week that, practice and patience really do PAY off.
