Here is a how to have ice-cream while boating.
In a small zip lock bag, pour 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Close the bag and place it in a gallon-size zip lock bag. Add some crushed ice and 8 tablespoons of rock salt. Close the top and shake and shake and shake some more, about 10 minutes.It works best in this individual serving method. So bring a bag for everyone. What i do is mix the milk sugar and vanilla at home and store it in the cooler along with my gallon zip lock. Inside my gallon ziplock is the premeasured amount of rock salt and the smaller sealed ziplock. When i get ready, every thing to make my ice cream is in the cooler including the ice...enjoy
