Fortune's Restaurant, the newest restaurant on Lake Conroe. I had the pleasure of asking Chef Katie, the head chef of Fortune's Restaurant a few questions (in red). Thank you Chef Katie for your response (in black).
Whats on the menu?
Don and Madeline Fortune are awesome people and are dedicated to serving the best in homestyle cooking. All of our menu items are of the best quality. Our menu includes Burgers, Sandwiches and many different dishes such as, Grilled Chicken Breast , Fried Shrimp or Grilled Shrimp and more served with sides. We are now introducing Cajun Shrimp Orleans, shrimp cooked in a spicy butter sauce with French bread for dipping up the yummy sauce and Garlic Butter Shrimp, shrimp cooked in a buttery garlic sauce with French Bread for dipping. Wednesday All-U-Can Eat catfish Thursday country fried pork chops and we have lunch specials every day.

Winter hours:
Tuesday -Thursday 11a.m. -9p.m.
Friday - Sunday 10a.m.-9p.m.

Where is Fortune's Restaurant located?
Fortune's Restaurant is located on Beautiful Lake Conroe at Stowaway Marina. I just moved here from Lake Corpus Christi, after Don and Madeline ask if I would come down and be their head chef. I could not resist the beauty of Lake Conroe.
